Workouts

Current players are expected, but not required, to be doing off-season workouts in order to improve their game.  Playing time and success is EARNED, not guaranteed.  It's up to you which team (ie Varsity, JV, C-Team) you want to be on and how much individual playing time and success you want that team to achieve based on the hard work you put into the off-season!  Click on a link below for workouts.
